PhD defense Milica Milić

INTERfaces is happy to announce the date for another defense in the frame of our project.  Milica Milić (ESR 14), who conducted her PhD at Aarhus University, Aarhus, Denmark and SpinChem AB, Umeå, Sweden, will undertake her defense titled ‘Medium and reaction engineering of an enzymatic cascade for 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid synthesis’ on November 17th 2023 at 14:30 at the Department of Biological and Chemical Engineering, Aarhus University.

We are looking forward to see her present her results of the last three intense years of research and would like to invite you to join, either in person or online (the link for online attendance will be provided closer to the event).

The PhD committee will consist of the following three members:

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Clarissa Schwab (Chairperson from Aarhus University)

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Iván Lavandera (External Examiner 1, University of Oviedo, Spain)

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Juan Manuel Bolivar (External Examiner 2, Complutense University, Spain)
